What you enter stays on your device
SiskinBill runs entirely in your browser. The files, text and details you enter are never sent to us or to anyone else. There are no accounts and we do not store your work. To save you retyping, your invoice draft and business details are kept in this browser's local storage on your device; clearing your browser data removes them.
Anonymous usage statistics
To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other sites. It records page views and basic technical details such as country, referring site, browser and device type. It never sees what you type or your invoices. Separately, the app counts a few button actions anonymously, as described below.
Anonymous button counts
When you use a main button (downloading the PDF, adding a logo or a line, or starting a new invoice), the app sends an anonymous count of that action, for example 'a PDF was downloaded'. Each count contains only the app name, the action name and the app version. It never includes anything you type or upload, no cookies, no user ID and nothing stored on your device to recognise you. Our collector adds it to a daily total per action and does not store your IP address or browser details. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, no counts are sent at all.
Error reports
If the app hits an error, it sends an anonymous error report (error text, browser, page, app version). Never anything you type or upload.
A report contains only the error message and where in our code it happened, your browser name and main version (for example "Firefox 131"), the page address without anything after "?" or "#", and the app version. Before anything is sent, the app removes text that could have come from you, such as names, addresses, invoice numbers, amounts, logo file names, quoted text, email addresses, web addresses and long numbers. It never includes your invoice or the PDF. Reports contain no IP address, cookies or user ID, and an error's details are deleted automatically once it has not happened again for 90 days.
Advertising
If ads are shown on the free version, the ad provider may use cookies to show and measure ads. Where required, we will ask for your consent first.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and error reports and button counts are received by a Cloudflare Worker. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic request data (such as IP address) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse; our collector does not store it.
